So your runing a turbo and no tune?

You NEED to get a dyno tune asap. SAFC is crap. Use crome. Unless you want your motor to blow.

Tuning it will get the most potential out of your motor.

The is for you because you have boost and no "tuneage".

Tuning is adjusting the air/fuel ratio to get the best balance for the most power...VTEC can be added in/controlled, along with nitrous, etc.

Basically just getting your car to run properly...no running rich or lean

But yeah, you need to get a tune with a GOOD tuning program asap...Hondata, Crome, Neptune, etc.

Are you running a stock fuel system? If so...upgrade that (bigger injectors, fuel pump, fuel rail) so that you can crank up the boost SAFELY.

A bigger (2.5"-3") exhaust system would help out a good deal as well...but get a tune first.
