My car was idling erraticately and i found the problem the pcv was half way out so I pushed it back in and before it idled up n dn up n dn and wouldnt idle at all since I fixed it now it idles up n dn for about 30 seconds and then returns to idle.Anyone know wwhat else could b wrong I want it to stop at idle like it should not up n dn and then idle.anyone ever have this problem? Help!!!!!!

I just replaced the IAC. before it surged upn dn very fast n wouldnt idle now it surges slowly and comes to idle. And no I have no FITV

PCV valves don't just fall out 1/2 way for the hell of it. There is something wrong.....whether that be the actual PCV valve (they're cheap, get a new one) or maybe the rubber gromet it was seated into.

Did you mess with any of the idle adjustment screws on the throttle body?

 

Replace the IACV and bleed your coolant.
