Pulsating Idle?

Pulsating Idle?
When the car is warmed up the idle starts pulsating from 1000rpms to 2000rpms. I took the throttle body off and replaced the gasket (very cracked & old) and the problem is still there. What could be causing this?

i had a similar problem and adjusted the idle adjusting screw.. but i was supposed to do it while some things were unplugged
