Default car is idling a lil too high

i drive a 93 hatch with a completely stock d15b7. I could not find any any loose vacuum lines, and everything seems to be fine. I thought the PCV was stuck in the open it would cause the idle to drop and not rise

anyways the idle does not go up and down, it stays constant but its lil too high

I cleaned out my iacv and the idle problem is still there.

now i believe the problem has gotten worse, before the idle was a little hight but at least it was constant. Sometimes it will stay constant but other time the idle will jump up and down slowly.

I dont see any signs of a vacuum leak

I dont think there is are in the coolant

Idle Air Control Valve is clean

Motor (d15b7) bump

idle screw is not gonna change it unless someone changed it in the first place, unplug the iacv and see if the idle drops to normal, if it does you need a new iacv, if it stays the same thats not your problem.
on the bottom of your throttle body is there fast idle valve???
if there is on the back side of it there is a block off plate with 2 screws take them off and remove the plate, inside there is a plastic ring with 2 slots on it almost like a phillips head screw, dial that screw thing in all the way tight, that is usually the issue 90% of the time

although the FITV only controls the idle while warming up your motor, but never hurts to clean it...

start with the simple things...adjust your idle with the idle adjustment screw, leave the car running so you can listen to idle untill it is good.

the idle adjustment screw SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHED i know it won't hurt but thats usually never the case.
for the other guy that said i make no sense
I SAID i THOUGHT my injectors were too big b/c thats what happens when you have big injectors ***** your idle up from all the extra fuel.
I didn't tighten the injectors, how the expletive would you do that???
i TIGHTENED UP THE FAST IDLE VALVE
like i said 90% of the time thats what idle problems are i fix them 5 days out of the week for my friends
