Its not a sensor because i am not pulling any engine codes. I replaced the idle air controll valve and that wasnt it. the idle moves from about 800 to 2 grand periododicly. it isnt any vacum leaks and i have no clue what it could be. and suggestions?

 

same thing happened to me except it was my fast idle thermo valve. Its directly underneath the throttle body. Mine was jammed sounds like the same thing.
