Strange Idle Problem
This idle problems happens when the motor is warm. seems like its the harder i drive, the worse it is. the idle just keeps going up and down. like from around 1k-1.3k. up and down. i dont think i have any vacuum issues. could it be IACV? any suggestions?

Could be IACV, but it probably is your Fast Idle thermo valve. It sits under the throttle body with coolant hoses going to it.
Take it off (3 10mm underneath) and screw in the white screw. You have to take off the back of it. You'll see what I mean when you get it off.
