The blowoff valve could be stuck closed. When was the last time it was cleaned? Take the unit off the charge pipe, take it apart and clean each piece with a solvent of some sort. Put it back together, trim the vacuum lines a bit and have at it.

I'll try cleaning it out, I did just repaint my charge pipes, so something could have gotten in and clogged it

99% of the time when you do a mod and your car stops functioning at 100% - regardless of how little correlation there is between the two points - it's what you did last that's causing the problem

Charge pipe loose from when you removed them and painted them?

You did remove them to paint them, right?

How many miles does that bov have on it? Reason I ask is because cheaper ones, especially above 15psi (above 'low boost'), can wear out the rubber seals inside. That seal is what lets vacuum pull the valve open, and boost to help it stay shut. So check the vacuum in the line it's going to as well as the internal rubber bladder, gasket, o-rings, or whatever it uses.

If the spring isn't set very tight, charge pipe pressure can open it. I would also leak boost out of that top seal/vacuum line. BTW what BOV is it?

My entire turbo kit has about 10,000 km on it now, yes I did take all the charge piping off to paint it, and my bov is a Blitz ss dd.
