I went out to the track on friday and ran my pratically stock ek HB d16y7 an ran a 17.3...i know that suks big ***** but just went with my faster friends to get a feel of the track for the first time and have sum fun...i have intake and header...thats about it stock piping stock everthing else...is that pretty good or has anyone gotten better times..

i ran a 16.8 @83 with my bone stock single cam in a 2000 civic coupe on sum piece of **** 185/60/14 tires...maybe u juss need more practice...i now have a k-swap...much more better in my opinion

i just bought a 99ek and it is bone stock i hope it doesnt run anything like that... maybe u need to practice shifting.. becuz i ran a 16.3 in my gf's 92 4door dx with intake and exhaust

well first of all i will have to see sum time slips and pic of engine mods to belive u ran a 16.3 in a 4 door 94 cx because i humiliate my boys 93 cx hb with like every single bolt on u can imagine...and i got this time..it was my first ever run...again its a none vtec motor and i have si stocks on 195/50/15 hankooks. note i drove about 150 miles and ran it that one time before it rained out i have full interior none of that stripped crap just intake and a header. but if u ran a 16.8 on your bone stock ek couple pretty good sh*t..

that time is understandable. it was your first time. full interior. you will get better no question about it, try to get a vtec head on your motor, an ex tranny, and an ex intake manifold and you will some good hp gains and some time shaved on your quatermile
