how differnet is the cable shifter for a 88-90 awd civic compared to a 97-00 prelude cable shifter???

and are there and awd civics for cheap???

The wagon's aren't too expensive, they're technically 4wd, but I don't personally think they're stylish or anything. They are very sleeper though.

i am not going to drive one i am going to use the drive train and mod it to a 89 hatch

I'm sure the shifters are similar and could probably be modified to do one another's job.

Not saying you won't do it, but there has been more than one Noob here that has had lofty dreams of doing this. It takes a lot of time/money and knowledge to make this happen.

If you search the archives there is a guy that did a turbo gsr powered awd crx.
