So the wiring harness needs a little changing and the B18C block and a different ECU.Everything else will work?Axles, shift linkage, mounts etc....

yes the axles, shift linkage, and mounts will be the same. the wiring is changing 1 wire at the ecu if you use the gsr engine harness. if your using the b16's harness its a little more work, and theres plenty of archived threads on how to do that

Will the B16A tranny gears be to short for a dailey driver?

Would you need the drivers side engine mount for a B18c?

Im thinking of converting my JDM EG9 SiR from factory B16a to B18c and ive been told i have to replace my passengers side (since im RHD) engine mount for a B18c item

Im also planing on doing this, I have a 2000 si witht he stock b16 and just want to put in a GSR block. It has a obd2b-obd1 conversion harness and running off a p28ecu. What wall is needed for this swap?

I think the only thing that might be different is the wiring and everything else should be the same. Why are you going to put a b18c block with a b16 head it will give you low compression?

Does B18c and B16a use same mounts for EG chassis?

This is about as straightforward of a swap as there is. A GSR with a b16 tranny is a quick racer and a good daily driver. Everything is the same just switch it over. If you use the same wiring harness thats on the b16 your going to need to wire the secondary butterflys, but if you get a gsr harness and ecu then its all plug and play. The mounts are interchangable as well....either use 2000 si or integra mounts....the part that bolts to the block is what determines which bushing to use.
