I have an electrical autometer gauge and it takes about 2-3 second for the oil pressure to get up to around 50 or soo

There is still oil in the oiling passages, it's just not pressurized yet. That's the way it is, as long as you don't have the accalerator on the floor when you start the car your fine.

Back from the dead: My light stays on for like 10-15sec only when the car sits for a couple hours. It gets me scared. Possible oil pump going bad?

Umm prolly. but you should NOT be running the car if it takes 10-15 seconds to build oil pressure. You are surely damaging the motor and bearings by now... Hookup an oil pressure guage to the car to see what kinda pressures you get when full cold, and full warm, and full warm at 3000rpm

Doubt the pump is going bad, maybe try replacing the oil filter you have currently.

this was not happening before the turbo. the oil line is from a drag kit so its pretty small too. Only when its cold. I got it dyno'd vtec was working, but I dont know if it is now all the time.

get an oil pressire gauge to see what it is doing when you actually drive the car... the light only comes on when your pressure it VERY low, like <5psi... If your pressure it low ALL the time <30psi, then your bearings are probably done.
