JDM H22a swap...what do I need?
OK...it looks like I may be ordering my JDM H22a for my 1995 del Sol Si in the next couple of weeks. But first, I want to be sure that I will have all the parts I am going to need for the swap. So here goes:
I am going to get the HMotorsOnline.com H22a package (with LSD tranny) with the complete changeover and the HASport motor mount kit as well as the axles to put the engine in a Civic (I am assuming I use the same axles as a Civic). What else will I need? I have heard that I am going to need a slimfan...but other than that, people have told me that motor mounts and axles are all I will need.
So if someone who has done the swap could tell me what other parts I will need, I would really appreciate it.
Also, how much can I expect to pay in labor for the swap? I need a ballpark figure so when I call around town at different shops I will know who is trying to rip me off and who isn't...
Thank you, I appreciate any help you all can give me.

Well...I searched for 'H22a in EG' and really couldn't find anything useful...either that or I have all of the parts accounted for because what I saw in similar threads only listed axles, motor mounts and hoses being necessary.
Apparently, I am going to have a hard time getting the engine wired correctly, and there may be an ECU problem. On top of it all, I am wondering if I will really be able to keep AC and power steering. I want to keep both, but I have no idea where to find the bracket I need for the AC and I don't know if a shop will be able to modify the lines for power steering like they need to. What do you all think?

Just type in "h22a" or "h22" and search in Hybrid forum only and you will be rewarded with all the info that you need. try not to be too specific on your searches. The search for "h22a" is five pages strong.

OK guys...I have been using the search function for hours...really. And I have learned a lot...now...if someone could just help me out a little bit here and make sure that I'm not missing anything, I would really appreciate it. This is what I have down that I will need for the swap:
JDM H22a complete changeover kit from HMO (including axles for Civic and HASport mounts)
del Sol radiator (I have that, unless it isn't dual core since I only have an Si)
Slim fan (where do I get this?)
HCP AC bracket so I can keep the AC
According to what I have read, power steering lines just have to be modified...hopefully whoever does this for me will know how to do it correctly.
So, assuming I get all these parts together, will I then have all the parts necessary for the swap? Sorry for all the trouble, but there is just so much conflicting information out there...especially when it comes to which motor mounts are best...anyways, I hope I have it right now.

Re: (explosive)
You can get the slim fan from a Pepboys or Autozone, or any place similiar to them.
I didnt know that HMO was hooking people up with axles now for an H22 swap. What kind is he giving you? Stock Integra ones?

I don't know about the axles, but if you go to the site it just tells you that they will supply the ones you need for the swap into a Civic, but that you won't get the prelude ones...like it really matters.
Anyways, could someone tell me if the parts I listed above are all I will need, or am I still missing something? I know someone is going to tell me to search, but I have many times and the above list is all I could find. Someone please help.
