h22 swap problems
Finished up my swap into my hatch and having some difficulties. When I first started it #1 was not firing. Now nothing is firing. They are getting fuel, maybe too much. The only code that I got was 41 which is O2 heater. Any ideas?
Are you getting spark on any cylinder? Are the plugs wet?
How long did the engine sit before it was installed? Try giving each injector a few good raps with the handle of a screwdriver while it cranks

This is what I know now. It ran after it was installed but was not firing one cylinder. pulled that plug and it was dripping wet with fuel. now that it doesn't start they are all like that. It turns over just fine. checked for spark and they do spark. just getting tons of fuel. and flouding out.

Update. I installed a new MAP sensor and rewired the resistor box. No change. Pulled each plug and regaped them and checked for spark. Each cylinder sparked. #3 cylinder is the only one that fires the cylinder. The rest where dripping fuel after a starting attempt. What could cause all this fuel. The fuel in the tank has been in there since July, could it be bad already. I even switched computers and the same thing happened. I'm running out of ideas!?!?!?!?!?!?!!

I have narrowed down the problem on my swap not running. The cylinders are getting to much fuel. If I unplug the injectors after a failed start attempt it will run for 30 seconds or so on all cylinders. Plug them back up and it just fluds out. Unpluged the TPS and no change. Changed the FPR and no change. So is it the TPS? Or are the injectors bad?
