guys pls help i have changed the spark plug lead still not fix the problem. i found misfire on cyl no 1 when i pulled the lead nothing change, so whats the most likely cause the misfire on cyl 1? i just finished h22 conversion into my civic could this be injector wiring problem like not connected properly or lead or spark plug or compresssion..or timing light ,..... help plsss ?

 

You need to specify what's the model of the car the motor is in.....

 

civic eg with h22 motor just finishd the conversion, the engine light is not working at all so i cant check the code i am using p28 with o2 + egr removed

 

check for injector pulse, and compression on the cylinder. If you have both of those then move along to switching that injector w/ another cylinder and see if the misfire moves...

did the compression test today read 240psi on cyl 1

 

what about the other cylinders? Make sure the colors on the injector wires match up per cylinder as well.

 

i havent checked comprss of other cylinders coz the only problem i am having is cly 1. When i checkd the cylnd no 2 3 4, the engine struggle when the lead was pulled

yes it's matched and mine got red black color wire goes to resistor and the other wire which is red with black dots goes to ecu. btw i gonna ceck again tomorrow
