Default CTR PULLEY WITH BALANCED ROTATION ASSEMBLY

So I have been reading all the pros/cons/rumors to this pulley, to which my brain is so tossed on weather to buy one and try it out. So my setup is a Ls/vtec, rotating assemble was balanced with the stock pulley 3 belt. Now will I have as much of a problem with this pulley with a balanced setup rather than an unbalanced setup? THe reason i am looking into the pulley is becuase the alternator pulley hits the engin bay which could be solved by a smaller belt but the crank pulley also hits the traction bar (EF CHASSIS) so i wanted to eliminate that. Sorry about the long post let me know what you think also any other good pulleys thanks guys
