Default 01 b20z2 into 99 Civic CX

I got this CRV as a rollover so I always wanted a 2.0 swap so here we go but im having problems with working with my engine harness, I have the crv engine harness but (A) plug is attached to the interior harness and its kinda against everything ive read on the forums or internet on what to do, I also have a black box that says mitsubishi on it with orange plugs that was BOLTED to the crv ecu, I know its all ABS stuff is orange, SRS is yellow but What are the Green plugs and is there a PINOUT diagram for a 01 CRV? every time I search for a pinout diagram I find VTEC ones.

So swap the engine and change the ecu and it's just that easy?

If you use your engine harness you'll have to convert the IACV to 2 wire. Also you'll need to wire in knock sensor and use a distributor adapter. Why don't you just use the engine harness only and plug and play that way and skip all the alterations.
