Pass side tower plug question obd2 ls auto into 92 cx hatch manual
Simple question. The 2000 ls auto has a 4th plug at the passenger side shock tower. The eg only has 3. What's the extra plug? Everybody says the best way to do this swap is to use the engine harness from the obd2 ls and plug it in at the shock towers then just let any extra plugs from the auto trans dangle unplugged. (I plan to trace the extra auto trans plugs back to the source plug and de-pin them for a cleaner look though)

Also I got surprised by the throttle cable. I never saw mention of auto throttle cables being different than manual, but they are. I already ordered the correct manual ls cable.
Does anyone else know of any other oddball differences auto to manual that are gonna snag me up? Nothing obvious like t post or mounts but weird stuff like the throttle cable and the 4th plug on the passenger side tower that I may have overlooked.
I was already made aware of the starter, auto is different than manual, so luckily I have one of those.

How about the intake manifold? Anything different on the auto LS manifold vs the manual one? I know the charcoal canister plugs into a different place than it did on my ZC, NBD though.
