What does the oil on your dip stick look like? Is it milky? If so you have a leak from the HG to an oil galley...
Pull your plugs out one by one. Look down each cylinder hole and check the condition of the top of the piston. If the plug and the piston head look brand new, compared to the others, you have a small leak from the HG into the cylinder.
When you replaced the HG did you have the head surface cleaned up, and checked for cracks?
What does your exhaust smell like? Sweet vapor, or fuel?

Re: White smoke help!
or possibly a warped head? have the head milled down to spec if it is. otherwise it's not sealing right.
are you losing coolant too? pressurized radiator? those are symptoms of a cracked block or bad hg or warped head.
