where to put gauges

where to put gauges
i have a eg hatch and im putting some gauges in where should i mount them. I dont want to run a pillar I just dont like that just wanted some pic's or ideas

If they are like all the other ones........you could just get the OEM/JDM optional middle console and mount them down there.

i mounted my guages in the JDM console. except i put them at an angle, so they sorta face upwards, then i put a piece of plexiglass over the opening so its enclosed. when i test mounted them straight.. it was hard to view them when in the drivers seat (thats why i mounted them facing up a little.)
heres a closer shot... the plexiglass that encloses it all in is really scratched up.. ill probably buy a new piece

Looks good except I would buy the OEM block off plate for that console and use it to mount gauges....imo it looks cleaner.

yeah. i was gonna buy a block off plate or something to cover it up after i park. its just to hard for me to see the gauges when they are facing to the rear. (i have short legs and have to sit really close to steering wheel) my setup looks alot better at night lol... ill try to get a nite time picture.

I have been thinking about getting that setup....but that tach is a little large. Seems really nice though. And I also like the setup in the din panel. I do like my stereo though.
