What consists in an everyday "tuneup"?

What consists in an everyday "tuneup"?
Like what fluids are changed etc.
I know of:
Oil and spark plugs are normally changed.
Is tranny fluid changed?
Is the radiator normally flushed?
Is power steering fluid changed?
This is for a 2000 Honda Civic h/b DX.
Car has roughly 70k miles. What else should be done besides water pump/timing belt?
We bought the car second hand so we don't know what has been done be it a tranny flush and or radiator flush etc.
Can someone tell me what the normal everyday tuneup consist of?

rotor
spark plugs
spark plug wires
fuel filter
air filter
oil filter
fluids:
engine flush
transmission flush?
power steering
coolant flush
oil
timing belt
waterpump
power steering & air condition belt(S)
engine valves
oil pump
PCV valve
intake manifold (carb cleaner doesn't seem to work when car is running, it just dies when i spray in there)
clean the battery terminals
Reground grounds
rotor
spark plugs
spark plug wires
fuel filter
air filter
oil filter
fluids:

If you dont know the maintanence history of a car you're buying, its good practice to go ahead and change out the fluids. Oil and spark plugs, dist. cap and rotor, fuel filter, tranny fluid and coolant change. It doesnt hurt to do all these things. That way you can start a maintanence record for yourself. Power steering fluid wont really need to be flushed. Maybe just topped off. Also check the air filter if its still stock. Should be ready for a replacement but im pretty sure you arent gonna buy and OEM replacement.

For the "rotor" is that part of the distributor assembly or is it apart or something else? I'm looking at that San Leandro Honda part site and I can't seem to find it bundled with the dizzy parts.

in the distributor... looks like a helicopter fan. lol i just bought a new dizzy from the dizzy king.

Ok, our local Honda dealer wants like $134.00 for a tranny flush. Is this reasonable or should I attempt to do the flush myself? The car is automatic.

im not sure how much it costs for a automatic...but i'll tell you what. Hold on with that until someone tells u to do something else. 134 sounds really high considering i changed my tranny fluid for 24 canadian pesos and did it myself. I am not too sure how it works on a auto tranny. Dont go to the dealershit until u get some opinions.

na dude... don't flush it. just drain and refill. there's some equation on here for everytime you drain and fill you keep only a certain percentage of the old fluid (same with every other fluid) in due time, it will be "flushed"
