Default turbo LS/V Bottom End opinions

i need some opinions, i'm going to start building my ls/v now and i wanna know what you guys think. So far im starting with this.

b18a1 block
9:1 compression (after vtec head)
84.5mm bore
Stock LS Rod/Stroke ratio
GT30R @ 25psi

the head that is going on it is my b16 head with crower stage 2 cams, crower valve train, ITR manifold and S2 throttle body.

what kind of setups are some of you other guys running and how much power are you making?

my goal is to make at least 500 whp on 112 octane race gas and 25-28 psi of boost but i also want it to be fully capable of street driving.

so basically what i am looking for is, should i bore it to a 2.0L? I may not make my goal of 500 if i don't, but if it is more streetable then i will be better off anyway....should i go with the 30R or should i just get the 35R instead i've built motors before but they were stock rebuilds so i do know what im doing and i know how to plastigage bearings and stuff but i've never built a motor like this before so this is me taking all my dream parts lists i had in high school and finally doing something with them haha. I dunno, just lemme know what you guys think post up some ideas im open to [constructive] criticism!

oh, the block will be sleeved and fitted with a block guard btw before anyone asks and if there's anything else that i forgot let me know too.

Thanks!

I would go with the GT35R. But like ke98248 said you should post this up in the Forced Induction section and get some quick responses if you haven't done so already.

Good luck with the build!
