Building LS for boost, headwork?
When does the LS head start to become the limiting factor? I'm shooting for 350-375 whp and I was wondering if I could get away with running the stock LS head. The bottom end is going to be fully built with either 9.1 or 10.1 compression. Do you guys think I could get way with just springs and retainers and revving it to 8000 rpm?
Folks tell me you can get away with a stock head for that...but I have big nasty stage IV work from Dan Paramore, so maybe I'm not the guy to ask
