it sounds to me like you should do a little more research on d-series turboing. But my friend has a z6 turbo and he's runnin 9-10 lbs. (stock internals) daily with a homemade t25 setup. yes, you will need to upgrade the injectors, he's runnin dsm 450's with VAFC hack, and the wastegate vacuum line needs to be t'd to any vacuum source.

i recommend the 450's and afc but you can also go with a 12:1 fmu and a high flow fuel pump if youre boosting about 8? or under

go ahead and get a custom ported t-78 it spools better then the t88
dont have to do ne upgrades to the 1.5 the oem parts will work
good luck lol
just f_uckn with u
really if i was u a turbo kit is not the way it go u will have so much trouble first the tunning then the fuel system upgrade if not u will burn the crap out of your 1.5 insides
trust me it is not worth get like 35 40 whp cause that is all u are going to get if u run 7 psi just get a b18 or b16a trust me
please dont boost the 1.5 u will kill it
that is like spraying 200 shot on a geo merto motor

I have a boosted 1.5 and I have been running it at 10 psi for a long time now. Stock bottom end. I guess I should start spraying on it too.
