Default Turbo noob here... and I need some advise from you..

...yes I'm a turbo noob.. but I've been reading and searching for about 3 months now, saving my $$ at the same time and I finally decided to go turbo piece by piece...

*the reason I'm still a noob is because my English isn't good enough to understand(same with reading too ) when ppl explain or when I read about turbos, etc, etc...

Bottom line: I still need help..

So, before I do anything stupid, I have some questions(final decision to go turbo):

-what turbo is good for street? T3? T3/T4? what size?
(I'm only gonna set it around 5~7psi for daily driving 'til I build my block)

-I already have VAFC and GSR fuel pump.. do I still need an FMU? 'cause some say yes, some say no...

-with VAFC, can I just replace my stock injectors with a DSM 450's(for more boost in future) without any modifications?any wiring? (I'm terrible with wires.. )
or what dsm injectors just plug in?

-how reliable is turbo itself? I know using a turbo timer can save some life of a turbo... but even then, how reliable?

...and that's all I can think of for now... sorry about too many Q's.. Thanks in advance!!

PS. if you're not gonna help, don't post... and don't tell me not to go turbo 'cause I don't know much about it... Trying it out is the only way I can LEARN about these goodies... I'm willing to spend all my hard-earned money even if I screw up... so DO NOT post if you're gonna help...

Best advice i can give you even though you are only running 5-7 lbs is hondata. Turbo size if you are going to build probaly a t3/t04e. It will give you plenty HP at that boost setting. I ran a smaller t3/t4 and still made 244 at 8lbs. This was on hondata though. Tuning is very key in having a fun reliable(SP) car.

You've probably already seen this...

Turbo info courtesy of *Sonny*...

Ya you can use the 450cc injectors with the VAFC... You probably don't want to go over 10psi with this setup though. You won't need a FMU with this setup.
