Solid green and solid black 2 wire connector in engine bay?

2 wire connector , solid black and solid green with female connector
what does it go to , does anyone know off hand????? i cant find where to plug this into

check it out.... on the 00 ex, RED/WHT and GRN/BLK are to the Coolant temp sensor..... The IAT is a 2 wire, not 3. RED/YEL and GRN/BLK

car is running , only codes im throwing is for the secondary o2 sensor and knock sensor , and the knock sensor is plugged in . and i have no secondary o2 sensor anymore.
and hte car is a 99 cx with a 00ex

ok its not red and green its black and green , a solid black and solid green with a female connector

If its kind of a extended one from the back of the motor its to the Countershaft speed sensor, not sure where it goes though, im wiring up a 97 ex in my 98 cx also. But just found out that the harness is for an AT!???

i already found out its the power steering connector , dont have powersteering ,thats why its there
