Default poor mans stroker?

so i was wondering if there is anyway to build a poor mans stroker kit

like i was thinking about maybe a b20 crank and i really dont know what else i would need i have a 97usdm gsr

so if anyone that has any input thanks

i appreciate it even if ts not what i wanna hear

so yeah thanks everyone

oh and by the way i really am not sure if tis would even work but i just wanted to ask...so thanks again

Im not sure if it would work or not. What exactly are you looking for out of your motor. A gsr is already a good strong motor. I don't really see the benifit in stroking it. let me know your plans do you want to keep it NA or are you adding boost or are you going to spray it.

You have to be creative, when searching, since you cant search "LS" (too short)
I did a quick "block crank gsr/b16" combo and got over 200 results - filter out the FS ads and you will get more answers

People have done LS cranks (same as B20 crank,89mm) in gsr blocks successfully. But its not even that much more stroke. Good setup, but I'm not sure if its worth the money unless you already are rebuilding the bottom end
