Default Lighting question.....help

I have a '99 Civic EX and on my gauge cluster there are two bulbs that don't work....they are on the top between the white and black pieces that snap together, one bulb has a wire connected to it and is twisted into a long, skinny circuit bulb which connects to another bulb that is twisted in without any wires connected to it....does anyone else's not work....could there be a possible fuse blown? please help.....

Switch one of the other bulbs that does work with one that doesn't....if it works you need new bulbs. If it doesn't then there is something else wrong with the wiring or the board.

Good luck
