help car wont crank over to start
i have a 99 civic si and it wont start from the ignition. i jump start it for the starter and it works. ive checked the starter, fuses everything works..
havent check the relays but if that isnt the problem what could it be..

old fashion way to start it is to pop the clutch on 1st gear while going downhill , but you probably already know that
