Default Finally found turbo AT

Finally found a turbo At so now jus gonna upgrade 2 the EX tranny....Would I need 2 change anything else besides the Trans itself? like an ECU or are there just a in and out application

dude just do the auto to manual conversion, it is quite simple...only will cost you like 100 bucks for the parts plus the tranny.

Up to you though.

Hmmm.... I don't see why you didnt just find a turbo'd mt and sell the tranny, but to answer your question.... You will have to change out your ecu to a mt ecu. To help you any further we would need details like what car, year, trim, etc.

EDIT: Wait I may be wrong... I need more detail.

Sorry bout that got an LX upgrading to an AT EX trans for the shorter gearing......then saving for the turbo and kit.......R custom applications better 4 the money or the kits? Because I know some kits are an arm and a leg

If your changing to another AT tranny from the same year range I dont think you would need to change anything(correct me if im wrong).... But yea, I'd suggest you buy a used kit or put together your own... The only kit that I think is anywhere near worth the $$ is the Edelbrock kit.

what about the peakboost kits. i heard they were supposed to be pretty good. wait nvm i dont think they have them for d series motors.
