I want too change the shocks from my EG and put them on my EK cause the shocks off the EG have drop springs

you have to change th rear control arm of the suspension application. if its for an eg going on an ek, you need eg control arms.

NO...the 5th gen civic lca's are shorter and the shock mount bushings are wider than the 6th gen civic. You will need to put some spacers in-between the lower shock mount and the 6th gen lca bushings and that is all.

Not completely bolt on, though. As someone said, you have to put washers between the shock and the rear lower control arm mounting point. The EG uses a wider bushing on the rear lower control arm. Shops around here will just sell EG/DC suspensions to everyone...so they only have to stock one type of suspension. Do the washer trick and you're good to go.
