do 92 civic cx's come prewired with vtec?
ive herd it does and doesnt.. i just want to find out cause my bros car doesnt have vtec after his b16a swap but it also has a cel on. so we dotn know if we should just wire vtec. and pull the cel so vtec will work or we will just wire it up... thanks guys o yeah we know why it is throwing a cel because of theres no 02 in the test pipe.. or headers

all 92 civics are already wired for vtec, all u'll need is the ecu and of course an vtec engine wire harness

yeah im gonna check the codes tomorrow.. do all i need to do is wire the 4 wire 02 sensor and hook up the knock sensor and hook up all remainding o2 sensors... well i guess i got my day planned for tomorrow...

Yup get a 92-95 ex or si harness that came with the d16z6 engines and direct fit. You may have to extend the wires for the IAT sensor or be creative.
It is wired for vtec at the shock tower and I had heard that the 4 wire O2 was also there but I am almost definate no. I run wideband now so not sure.
