vtec not engaging in my d16z6. No codes, need help.
I have owned my 95 vx with d16z6 swap for a few months now and I noticed it would never engage vtec. So today I swapped out vtec selinoids. no vtec! I have no codes, plenty of oil. need suggestions what to check next.

Since your car is not a civic si or civic ex you will need to get a civic ex harness or a vtec contoller to make vtec work!

VX's came with vtec so he doesnt need to wire it
just curious how do you know vtec isnt engaging?? and if you have no cel's there shouldnt be a problem, are you sure the CEL works?
you are running a p28 right?

you need your stock vx 5 wire o2 with out it you wiring is no good us a stock 5 wire on the swap tahts what i did

not if he is running a p28, then he needs 4 wire
