Yes youre car should be prewired with all the VTEC wiring. You will only need to convert to a 4 wire O2.

If you could get a 92-95 EX/Si or even a 94-95 GSR engine harness, it would make the swap plug and play. If not, you will need to run wires for the VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch and the O2 to the proper locations on the shock towers. You will need a 4 wire O2 and engine harness side 4 wire O2 plug or you can eliminate the plug hardwire it if you have to.
If you need the proper pinouts and things of that nature, it would be best to search here on H-T. I've contributed to many posts on the 4 wire O2 conversion, and the VTEC wiring you can find very easily.

villian, the motor(94 EX)is using it's original harness, I tried searching for four wire conversions on here and turned up nothing ( couln't even use "4" or "O2"), do you have aim?

Then everything is should be fine. You don't need to touch any wiring. If it using the original harness for that motor just plug in the connnectors to the ones on the shocktowers and you will be set. If the D16Z6 has the 4-wire O2 sensor, then the harness should plug into it. The only reason he said to wire up the 4-wire O2 sensor would be if you were using your CX harness, which incorporates a single wire O2 sensor. Enjoy VTEC!

Ok, I was under the impression that you were working with the stock CX engine harness. If you are using the Z6 harness then it will all be plug and play as mentioned.
