im doing a auto to manual swap and im putting stuff back together and i see coolant lines that went to the auto tranny.. i looked around on the manual tranny and i did some searching on here .. and ive come to a conclusion i guess ill just run the lines into each other .. is that right or am i missing something "shrugs shoulders" ..

you mean the lines that run to the radiator, you wont need them anymore, just plug the holes off in the radiator so the old fluid doesnt leak out or just flush it out, and dont worry about it.

When i do autos to manual i usually cap them but you could loop them as well if you want.
