check valves.
the whole check valve issue bothers me. im trying to figure out the whole consept. when i install these does this trick my map sensor and it doesnt read boost or does it. and also can i run a vortech fmu and check valves with a small turbo and intercooler. or do i need a afc hack. and electronics. i mean i wana know what typr of number to expect.

The check valve prevents the map from getting any positive (boost) pressure. It still works below that level. I wouldn't run an AFC with a check valve as that will cause your timing to be advanced.
And im sure you have heard this before but Uberdata is the way to go.

I am still learning about it myself but for the money and what you learn from doing it, it seems like a winner. Plus you can data log with a wideband 02 sensor among many other things like launch control.
