Anyone pass Cali SMOG with a non-Cali manifold/cat?

Probly gonna keep it for another year. I removed the manifold & had the crack welded up last time it needed smog. Installed a new oxygen sensor & passed smog, but the weld cracked again in the same spot after a week. Car runs awesome for having 210k miles, just has that P0420/check light & smog is due again
