California smog & 49 state legal cat/manifold for '99 Civic DX/VP?
My stock manifold has the dreaded crack where the oxygen sensor mounts. I've had it welded before & it passed smog, but the welds didn't hold too long & is leaking again. I wana just go ahead & buy new manifold. I see quite a few on Amazon, but the 50 state/Cali legal ones are over twice the price of the identical looking 49 stater! WTF?! Has anyone here passed smog with the 49 state cat/manifold? Any suggestions on which brand to get??
