Another idle issue, please help
About a year ago I installed a 99 b16a2 into my 97 civic. Ever since the car has never idled correctly. Only when the car is warm and at a stop it stays at 800 then after about 10 seconds it jumps up to 1300-1500 for another 10 seconds and repeats itself. Heres a few things i've done to try to fix the problem
-Bled the coolant a few times
-Timing is dead on
-Clean IACV and replaced it with another working one.
-Tested the TPS and MAP sensors and it seems to be working properly
-Tested all around the engine for any vacuum leaks
-Cleaned the throttle body
-Triple checked all wiring and evap to make sure everything is in its correct spot.
-Calibrated the idle with evap and iacv unplugged and reset ecu.
The car does have a check engine light for a gas tank sensor which my car doesn't have and for no secondary 02 sensor, which shouldn't be the culprit of the problem at all. I am running the stock SI ecu with a obd2a-obd2b conversion harness.
Pleaseee any insight would be greatly appreciated, ive been searching google religiously to find any other info and still no luck.

Re: Another idle issue, please help
So i pulled the ECT today while the motor is warmed up and it seemed to make the idle higher and start jumping. Recently the idle has seemed to irradicate even more. When cold the car idles at 2k and hardly jumps but once its warm and say im coasting to a stop light, when i put the car in neutral before i come to a complete stop the idle will yoyo from 1k to 2k until the car is completely stopped. Once stopped the car will still idle high at 1400 but at least its steady. Checked for new engine codes and still nothing new. Any other ideas?

Re: Another idle issue, please help
Well I found out today that someone installed the throttle body gasket improperly so there was a small vacuum leak that started ever since i cleaned the throttle body while it was on the car. Now the car doesnt idle so high and doesnt yoyo while coming to a stop but still has the same slow fluctuating idle while warm.
