95 dx brake question
I was changing out the brakes on my 95 hatch today and I noticed the back brake drums don't have bleeder screws anymore (fml right?) I guess they got knocked off, idk, but anyways, what would I need to buy/replace so I can bleed my brakes? The front brake calipers still have their screws, so is it that big of a deal to begin with?

I am assuming your car is drum in back. If so, you just need to buy new rear wheel cylinders. It shouldn't be too expensive. If you have disc in the rear then you need to get new calipers. Yes it is important because you want to be able to blead the brakes correctly. A little air in one could cause it not to work.

Re: 95 dx brake question
They're drums, I gotta go to the junk yard tomorrow to get a few things, I was thinking about picking up those wheel cylinders. Good idea, bad idea?

My personal opinion is bad idea. The ones you get at a junk yard could be dried out and have rotten seals. I really don't think new ones are expensive at all. Autozone sells them for about 25-30 for the pair just to give you an idea on cost. You can rebuild used ones but its not worth the amount of effort..... IMO.

It was just for price reference. I have used autozone parts with much luck. Alot of people don't like them. I would think for a wheel cyl. they would be ok.

They sell a kit that comes with new seals and orings but you have to hone (I hope I spelled that right) the housings. IMO its not worth spending the money on kits and then they still leak or one grabs before the other, etc.......
