Default Best exhaust for my b18b eg hatch?

So what happened is when I swapped my b7 for my b18b, we (my good friend who helped do the majority of the swap and I) could not find an exhaust that wasnt out of my price range, so we took the stock d series exhaust, and welded a test pipe from the mid pipe to a b series flange

Well, after breaking at the second weld line, and getting close to doing it again (which is also killin me mpg wise I'm assuming) Ive decided I need a new exhaust system lol. I've currently got a Megan racing 4-2-1 header, and a Megan racing high flow test pipe/cat delete.

So my question to you all is, what's the best kind of exhaust set up I can get to go with what I have now? Keep in mind I'm going for a deeper, not raspy, not airy kinda sound. Something along the lines of a spoon n1 kinda sound. But without the spoon n1 price lol.

All input is very much appreciated!!

I would recommend the Apex'I WS2 (or - better - the Noir, which is basically a WS2 with black powdercoating).

You can find them on Craigslist for around $180-240 used. Searchtempest.com allows you to search local Craigslist within a mileage radius of your choosing.

Good luck,

-Walter
