fur rilz brah. use google. this is covered more than the grass on earth.
same harness and everything from your car. but wire up vtec with homemade harness.
the dizzy and crank sensor figure out separately. do the cps trick and get obd1 to obd2 dizzy adapter if you use obd2 dizzy

ive been on google, im not even a honda person but my d15 has over 300k and its time to put it to sleep. I found the civic for 300 with no spark and i figured ill be swapping mosr everything anyways that should fix the issue. But i wasnt sure if i could use the ecu out of the civic or if i had to use a p28. Everyone has told me p28 and use everything off my d15..... Will my distributor off the d15 work on the d16 i know it works great but the one off the d16 is unknown.

you can use your ecu but it wont be as accurate.
you can use p06 or po5. p28 will b best for it has vtec.
if your good with soldering you can make any nonvtec ecu VTEC with an $8 kit from ebay and it comes with a chip kit.

everything will swap over fine and exact same MINUS. vtec plug. and crank sensor/dizzy
obd1(your 94) has crank sensor in the dizzy.
obd2(y8) has crank sensor at the crank by the pully.....
obvisously you have to use your harness.
so wire vtec with homemade harness, super easy and free. wire it straight to ecu with pics *SOME NONVTEC CARS WERE WIRE WITH VTEC AT THE SHOCK TOWER PLUG*
