Jus wondering if anyones experience this brand for the quick release steering wheel and hubs..

The only products I've used from VMS are little knick-knack odds and ends, like a carbon fiber antenna delete/plug. I've seen some of their other products here and there, they seem fairly decent for an "eBay" company.

That being said, I personally wouldn't take a wager on any significant component, like a performance part or in your case a steering wheel/hub. IMO it's just not worth the risk of things not installing correctly, or even worse falling apart while driving. NRG wheels for example can be torn off of the spokes if you're zealous enough, I'd assume VMS would be the same.

If you felt up for it I suppose you could order, check it out/install, and just file a return if it didn't work out or if it came out looking crappy.


Edit: They have a support number on their website ( 305-463-0680 ). Call and ask if their steering wheel is a 1 piece design, and what it's made out of.

Double posting because I'm a terrible person and I've been up for 27 hours, and reading is hard. Check this product description, they talk about the construction:

I'd maybe give them a call just to see if their customer service actually responds, but honestly it may be worth checking out. They seem to at least TRY to have some legitimacy about them.

Awesome!.. so one question.. for the nrg's, is the issues only with the steering wheels or do they have hub issues also?

those steering wheels look cheap as hell. Go with Nardi/Personal or Momo along with several other reputable brands. VMS Racing is eBay garbage.

Have never heard of hub issues with NRG. I've been using various NRG hubs in my cars since 2012.
