93 Civic Cx - Can I run a Type R rear sway bar and front subframe brace
I have a 93 Cx. I am trying to figure out if I can run a type r rear sway bar. I have aftermarket LCA's so the mounting points are on the control arms. Do all civics have the mounting points on the rear subframe? Not home to look cause I am deployed.
Next question. Can I use the front subframe brace from the type r as well. Does the cx front subframe have the four bolt holes to mount it? Again cant look at cause I am deployed.
Any imput on wont work and will work will be appreciated.

Re: Suspension question
Your CX subframe will have the 4 bolt holes for the integra subframe brace in the front. I am not sure if the Type R brace is any bigger than the normal integra brace in the front.

Re: Suspension question
You'll want to get an ASR. At minimum, a Beaks kit. NOT THE BAR. if you can still get them.
I would recommend going with the ASR though.
What control arms are they? Some aftermarket controls arms on the EG/DC have the endlink holes in the wrong spot which would then require adjustable endlinks.

But If you want an authentic ITR you can get them much cheaper in the classifieds than paying dealer prices at Acura.

I found the beaks subframe reinforcement kit on jhp for $70. I am gonna be using blox lower control arms with the sway bar.

Yeah, it's nuts. The last one I saw for sale the guy wanted $170. The funny part was "it's minty with low miles"
I just hit the back button.
