try running it thru the gears with the car off... does it feel/sound like its going in? then have a buddy watch the slave to see if its moving the fork

i am thinking it is related to disengagement problem, as while the motor is running it would be next to impossible to put in gear with out disengaging clutch.... but off you can or should be able to run thru gears with little effort clutch engaged or not... so this is why i am saying to have a friend watch the slave while u depress the clutch pedal to be sure the slave is moveing the fork like it should... should move it prolly around and inch or 2, if not then you need to bleed better and if so then the problem could be with the fork... if the fork was reinstalled wrong after having the new throw out put on it could mean you are dropping the trans again to correct
