Icon6 Accord Help!

So I have an Honda Accord 2011 SE, i ran into a problem. I was asked to take my car for a diagnose test on my car but I don't want to pay the $119.99 fee at the Honda dealership. So my left headlight has a two small headlight bulbs that do no turn on, just suddenly stopped working, I have tested all the fuses and checked that the bulb still worked. I don't know what else to do to try and fix it? Any suggestions?

I'm no electrical guru, but the only thing I can think of is a bad relay or switch. and the way my honda dealer does it is they charge you the 120 for the test but IF they find something then that charge goes away. I don't know if that is how all dealerships work
