jsin - nice pick up on both, the clears are actually pretty nice, I think Vega had some done in a professional smoke that came out pretty nice. As is clear, yeah wouldnt run them, but still can appreciate them.
Coop, you're making me jealous, I need to do some of that stuff too.
on a different front - picked up a 2006 A4 Avant S-line. Friend made me an offer that was too good. All receipts for all maint and parts, 3 prev owners including him, and I know 2 of the 3, lol.
I may actually have the Ewings up for sale. I dont think I'm going to run them anymore. Just dont want to worry about them. I like the X's more and more and if anything - pick up the Enkei's eventually. I still also like the cheap and in the right offset 15x8 Rota RB's, lol.

Audis are nice. Good thing about the maintenance records and history on it.
Parts are just Moog replacements. Nothing to be jealous of. Enkies and Rotas will be fine, no point in racing on expensive wheels when they are going to get trashed.

jea i feel that way sometimes too but eh.

Coop, no matter Moog or not, jealous of the fact you're going over all that stuff - I need to do the same. Put the garage to good use, lol.
I read a thread in tech section about moog parts and which to get. Luckily these are made in japan and have the three555sankei joints in them.
Vega has a white EF. His pictures use to be all over HT appearance threads. I think he still has the car in storage too.

Hey Coop, what do we need to know about the Moog replacements - anything special when ordering, etc?
I'll still replace them, I like the white lines more.
Charlie - plans for the year include the rpf1's in 15x8, rear disc brake upgrade, rear trailing arm bushing replacement, rear bearings, install the rear speaker pods, rear mudflaps, Cusco strut tower bar, 205's on the type x's, wrap the hood, clean up the paint and moldings, install new speedo cable, install new exterior window scrapers.
Now that I have an alternate daily again, I hope to tackle some of the bigger stuff and also hit some events.
On a side note, wedge engineering became wedge brackets. I ordered a dr side bracket for my Si and indicated it was for a sparco reclinable seat. They called and asked me the model of the seat and to measure the mounting holes. I thought they would already have mounting info on hand? I have no idea the model of my seat, lol.
For me, 2015 will be wheels/tires/suspension and collecting NOS OEM trim for a future re-paint.
Traded my dashboard for some wheels. Two are silver, two are SBC.

Next will be suspension. Refresh all the rubber, camber/toe kits all around, and some coilovers. Possibly Progress, they seem to get better reviews than the rest of the Taiwan garbage and are budget-friendly. Otherwise I'll spring for Fortune Auto 500's, but that's a lot of coin..

RSzero- did you already pay for the seat bracket? I went with the planted, made in washington state. They have provisions for at least three different sliders and not super expensive. I think evasive should have them available too.
I did actually, they were the lowest price, and I've dealt with them before. This is just the first time I've been asked for that additional info. I just realized that I gave them the info a week ago and haven't heard back from them.

Oh hai. Just peeking in. And I saw some shifter talk a page back. Stop fuxing with those extenders and k-tuned stuff and buy a damn Fastline from Heeltoe. That's the best shifter on the market, hands down. I have that in the CRX and the k-tuned in my coupe. The k-tuned just does not have the feel and placement of the Fastline.
