The Official EF Discussion Thread
Been out of school buddy, I have a real job now! It still at at a friends house back in ny I need to buy a house and bring it here.
The Pic I posted was after I replaced the sending unit, thats why it looks normal now !
man I wished we all lived nearer to each other - we have enough guys to get together and rent a garage/shop, lol
That'd be awesome, travel everywhere in packs - "Packs of stray dogs are taking over all of the major cites."
Lol, its been a long day...
Finally took some time with the EF last night. Installed the new control arms. Started with the right which the first always seems more difficult and takes more time than the second. The left side went on quickly though. Wont know how they feel until theres an engine in the car and so cant give any reviews like that. But here is some pictures. I managed to knick the right side with the shock fork but isn't noticable from the rear.
Also underneath and ontop is storage until its running in case your wondering about the miracle grow.

UGLY ED!!! Wasnt sure until i saw your link!! When did you do the hood? And what happened to the rear bumper?

Not sure about the weight. I can weigh the stocks on wednesday and post up but they are noticably lighter. Mostly got them for cost, new bushings, looks and made in usa.

Brought this home today. Needs a bit of body work, but the interior and engine are in pretty good shape. Only thing is deciding between the $$$ JDM front end or just switching to 90/91 bumpers (already have NOS door trim)...

Sprayed Multi Purpose Grease on all the Lubrication points on my CRX today.

I used a great product by Wurth called HHS 2000.
It sprayes on clear liquid and hardens into a grease !
It's much better than using a paste grease or white lithium.
Non Silicone ! Not very easy to find, I had to go to Wurth Canada head office to buy it !
Here's a video on it:

Just a habit to try to cool the engine bay in between sessions. Integra has a mildly built gsr. Wheels, suspension, brakes, all the usual track stuff. Car is very well built and super clean.
Have you thought of using hood risers for the rear or possibly washers since it would be functional for your application?RSzero1- Got the factory LCA weights at 4.4 lbs each. According to voodoo13's website they are 5 lbs. My guess would be for both.
Thanks for the info Coop!
Chris, you really make the Type X's look good, make me appreciate mine more now, lol.
Rob. thanks for the tip on the grease - a quick search here has it readily avail online. Looks like they have some other good stuff, any recs?
Sweed, keep the front, it'll be a pain if you get into an accident to replace it all.
New news - Whiteline pushed back the date on my RTA bushings until August. I really want to give them a try, as it looked to be a hybrid of the OE and Poly designs and didnt need clocking. Now I'm not sure if I should wait or go with something else. I was hoping to have them in this summer so I can enjoy some events...
