Pit a different pm5 in there and still got the code. It might be cuz i used one of those stupid clamp on connectors on one end of the signal wire. When i get home after work, ill wire it solidly on that end. I've got my fingers crossed. I dont think i have a spare dual point iacv laying around
Sounds kinda buzzy in the video, but it was a nice deep exhaust note.
I think the timing was way off. After we messed with the dizzy while cranking it she fired right up after about 10 seconds. The main thing that made this hard is that we both have families and other hobbies/commitments and getting the time to do stuff was not very easy sometimes.

thats a possibilty cause i wired my dads lock shift solenoid in his auto 88 civic like that and it was throwing code 19 for it. i said **** it and soldered it and no light no more so its possible it could be grounding out some how. a little trick you can do maybe is hit the iacv while its on and if idle changes then you need another one. or unplug it and see if it shuts off its supposed to stay on.
I am soo much closer now...
Tested voltage to pump during key on, startup and it was like .02 volts. Pulled the relay to test resistance and zip, zilch, nada...
Replaced the relay and it almost started up, I think I still have half a tank of old gas, I need to add some fresh stuff - 91 oct?

Sorry, car had been sitting since 2006 in a friends driveway. Cleaned it up, changed the fluids and plugs, has half a tank of gas from said year.
Tried to start it up and it cranked but wouldnt start. Pump and relay were suggested as faulty - and to check first.
Car now almost kicked over, but not quite.

Sitting for that long with only a half tank is bad. Moisture forms inside the tank and you get rust...lots of it! Seen it first hand.
Id try and drain as much as you can, then install a new fuel filter w/ a few fresh gallons and see what you get.

However I just realized after replacing the main, that the fuel line was still disconnected - yet no fuel came out??
Could the relay and pump both have gone bad?
