I would check so many other things before swapping out the fuel pump. At the very least check fuel pressure. AFAIK my fuel pump is stock (89 dx) and it has no issues with my type r swap.

we had a weird issue with our CRX gutty the other day. the fuel pump fuse kept blowing.

its a 10 amp...and it turns out the pump sounds terrible (walbro 255), and is pulling 13 amps. weird.

I never had issues running a b16 with stock fuel pump. I've been on a walboror 255 for years though.

I wish I were prepping for a road trip to Nashville this weekend, but I'm not. Not enough PTO saved up this year.

We in OKC have got almost 30" of rain this year which is about 6" more than normal. Rain was in the forecast last year for Nashville, too, but it never did.

Im helping my sister move from Virginia to Austin, Texas. So Ill be driving NY-to-Harrisonburg, VA-to-(somewhere around tennesse)-to- Austin. I will most likely fly home since Im driving her new Altima down. Would love to stop off and take the scenic routes wherever possible. Ill have a days head start on her in the box truck plus Im sure Ill make better time than a slow 16ft truck.

-Na-: I think you may be out of the way on this trip(not 100%sure where you live)... but I do plan on moving to California by end of summer (or mid winter). Plan is to rent or buy a truck and trailer and load the fresher crx with my toolbox, compressor etc.. and drive!

I'm right in the middle of OK where I-35 and I-40 meet. You will use I-40 for your CA trip, I'm sure.

Nope, I took a few days off last month so my wife could have an elective surgery and that exhausted all my PTO.
