The Official EF Discussion Thread
I was like WTF is a road alligator. Lol
what's a cheap way to combat understeer? My 91 Si understeers like crazy. I don't want it to be easy to make the rear come out but I dont want to slide straight out of a turn instead of pointing through it. Gonna run the dragon in July. Just want to be prepared.

Full Ksport coilovers with rear LCA's, stock front and rear sway bars, rear lower tie bar(useless I believe on EFs), no strut bars or anything else suspension wise. Drivetrain is just a GSR mated to an itr tranny. This is a CRX btw.
whats funny is that was in NOV. lol. I ran it in my dads hatch during the day and about killed 3 old ladies on harleys. i wont go up there in my car I dont guess. unless its at night
the view i had all day (till i got into SC and turned around)
one of the best weekends ive ever had. made my dads car scrape front lip!

the whip. 93 si 97R/omnipower

adjust your coils ( if there dampening adjustable) Usually if your fronts are softer than your rears itll help the understeer. I guess just play with the settings till you get it right. Every car/setup is different

I would check this out.
But like ae86 was saying, usually a softer front and harder rear helps. If you can't make the adjustments help on your coilovers, than buy a ST rear sway bar. Start full soft on the sway until you get a neutral push through corners.

Try just disconnecting the front sway bar endlinks, that would make a difference as well, and might be the easiest thing to try.
Just put on my 22mm ST bar, going autocrossing tomorrow.
chris that dragon meet is in june. i forgot the exact date AGAIN. lol. but i will check. headed for a four hour road trip to pick up some most needed parts after i get off work. thats the price you pay when you own an ef tho haha.

Thanks for the infor everyone. I'd really like to get the HF front sway. I'll put the rear shocks on full stiff as well and see if that helps a bit.
Ill post some vids in a little, autocross was crazy today. 22mm swaybar makes the car come alive!
Also went to the u-pull right after and scored all the things I broke from the road alligator. Bulb clips, hood cable, and center console for 5 bucks. Any pocketed a bunch of fuses and clips.
